Service Desk Infrastructure Engineer (1-2L Support)
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st – 2nd Line Support
- Delivering IT infrastructure projects
- On board / Off board users
- Assisting with customer’s connectivity
- Supporting customer’s Firewall
- Ensuring customers’ IT infrastructure is appropriately maintained, secure and fit for purpose
- Troubleshoot to resolve issues related to hardware and software
- Monitor networks
- Escalate when necessary
- Cisco Support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience providing IT Support on a similar level.
- Experience troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Experience working with Windows 10 / 11
- Experience working with and supporting Office 365
- Knowledge of networking technologies- LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/DHCP
- Active Directory experience
